Emile Boutmy Scholarship 2027 at Sciences Po for Non EU Students

Updated 16 October 2026 Open

The Émile Boutmy Scholarship is Sciences Po's main merit scholarship for international students from outside the European Union. Sciences Po, in Paris, is one of the world's leading universities for political science, international relations, economics, law and public policy. Around 300 students receive the scholarship every year.

Important: This is a tuition scholarship. It reduces or removes your tuition fees but does not include a living allowance, housing or flights. Plan how you will cover living costs in France.
